Cancellation Policy

For most reservations, our standard policy permits cancellations without penalty up to 72 hours prior to 4 PM of the scheduled day of arrival. Cancellations that occur after that time will be charged one night's room and tax. Please note, however, that there may be stricter cancellation rules for special rates and special events. Please refer to your reservation details or call the hotel with any cancellation-related questions.

Changes to reservations are considered cancellations and re-bookings. 

Deposit Policy

All reservations require a valid credit card to confirm reservation. No deposit required. 

Pet Policy

The Inn at Elon is a pet-friendly hotel. There is a $100 pet fee per stay. When being transported, pets must be leashed or crated for the health, safety, and concern of other guests. Pets are not to be left alone in the room.

Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

Is there a charge for parking?

No, there is no charge for parking. We also offer complimentary valet parking. 

Do you have a fitness center?

Yes, there is a fitness center located within The Inn at Elon.

Do you have a restaurant?

Yes, The Mark at Elon is located within the hotel and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. 

Do you allow smoking on property?

No, The Inn at Elon is a smoke-free property.
